The estimated cleaning time is the approximate time to clean your premises; It may change depending on the number of cleaners provided. The quotation is based on the description of the premises you have provided, and timing does not affect the price. To get an estimate of your request, you can fill in some details of your place, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the services that you need on our website. If the estimated time exceeds the actual required time to clean your place, Click4Cleaners will immediately inform you about the next steps that can be taken.
  • For Residential One-Time Cleaning, Move In-Move Out and Post Construction/Renovation Cleaning, Pre-authorization will be made on your card, and we will charge your card the day after the appointment (Card pre-authorization will last a maximum of 7 days. If your booking exceeds that time, our system will automatically charge you within 7 days of your order being placed. Our standard cancelation and rescheduling policies will still apply).
  • For Residential Cleaning Plans, Pre-authorization will be made on your card, and we will charge your card for the first session plus a one-time deposit ($99 CAD) the day after the first appointment (Card pre-authorization will last a maximum of 7 days. If your booking exceeds that time, our system will automatically charge you within 7 days of your order being placed. Our standard cancelation and rescheduling policies will still apply). The following scheduled appointments will be charged a day after each residential cleaning plans session.
  • For Airbnb Cleaning Plans, Pre-authorization will be made on your card, and we will charge your card for the first session plus a one-time deposit (15% of the Airbnb plan total) the day after the first appointment (Card pre-authorization will last a maximum of 7 days. If your booking exceeds that time, our system will automatically charge you within 7 days of your order being placed. Our standard cancelation and rescheduling policies will still apply). The following scheduled appointments will be charged a day after each Airbnb cleaning plan session.
  • For the other requested estimate, we will email you the quotes and the payment link.
No, Click4Cleaners are fully equipped with 100% natural, chemical free materials and required tools. You can inform us in advance if you wish to use your own cleaning products.
As often as you like! You can book the Cleaning Plans and get the most value from our Cleaning Plans. They are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments with 3, 6, or 12 months subscription. Minimum subscription for the cleaning plan is three months.
Yes, we use 100% natural products, which are completely safe to use around pets.
The extra charges may only apply on additional requests made to the service providers. In case if there is no free parking on your site, you are supposed to pay the parking fee to the service providers in cash or call the office and pay with your credit card. Yes, tipping is always welcomed. It will encourage the pros to do a better job.

Yes, all the service providers at Click4Cleaners are verified. Therefore, you can trust the teams.

The time varies on different kind of services and factors such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size of the premises, level, and etc. You can get the estimated time here.

Yes, if you want to cancel or change your appointment, CLICK HERE or email us, at least two business days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment. For further information read the re-scheduling and cancellation policy in terms and conditions.

If your preferred date and time or your backup preferred date and time were not available, we would contact you to reschedule your appointment. If you were unhappy with our newly suggested date and time, you could cancel your appointment with us and receive a full refund, but only as long as your preferred and back up appointments were more than two business days (48 hours) from the time of the requested refund. Please refer to our cancelation policy here.

We take payments online by VisaMasterCard or American Express credit card. You can also use a debit card that displays the Visa or MasterCard logo. We also accept, Interact, and e-transfer. Cash or Check on-site will be acceptable. Please call or send us an email for more information.

No, you do not need to do anything. Our well-experienced service providers are expert in cleaning and other services. They can complete their job without any assistance.

Click4Cleaners is insured. Our insurance policy provides a comprehensive general liability limit of $3,000,000. Furthermore, our service providers are professionals. However, in rare cases, if something gets damaged while the service processing by the pros, you will have to email the accident report to us immediately with the images of the damaged item attached.

We make every effort to send the same team each visit. Therefore, you get to know each other. However, sometimes we may have to substitute another team.

Although our teams are highly punctual and arrive the destinations in time, we still recommend you to give a margin of up to 30 minutes, as a number of factors can be the reason of the late arrival, including traffic. If the team is late, they will call in advance and inform you. If the team does not arrive after 30 to 45 minutes and you have not received any call from them, give us a call on our phone number and we will solve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the services, contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of your service session. We will make the required improvements without any extra charges. However, the booking fee is not refundable. Check the refund policy in terms and conditions.

The cleaners are not bound to move/lift any weight more than 35 pounds. Washing the walls by hand is not in their duties. Ceiling, exterior walls and windows, outside areas such as patios, and garden cleaning are not entertained. Cleaners will not look into your closets for any bedsheets. If you wish to change your bedsheet, place each bedsheet on the respective bed. Otherwise, the sheets will not be changed.

No, the service provider is fully equipped with all the required tools. You do not need to provide any equipment. Your instructions about the kind of services you need will help the pro to bring all the necessary tools. Therefore, make sure to give complete and clear instructions.

Yes, we do! Furniture removal is included in the Waste Disposal Service.

When your booking is confirmed with us, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.

Yes, we do commercial cleaning. Click4Cleaners service providers are available weekdays, weekends, and after hour.
